1. Use of Service

QuickMenu provides a platform for managing orders and creating storefronts. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services and run a business on our platform.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use QuickMenu to sell products or services that are illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. This includes but is not limited to:

• Counterfeit or stolen goods.
• Illegal drugs and paraphernalia.
• Products that infringe on third-party intellectual property.
• Any item that violates Sri Lankan law.

3. Fees and Payments

Access to certain features of QuickMenu requires payment of subscription fees. All fees are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

Payments are processed through PayHere, and you agree to their terms of service during the payment process.

4. Limitation of Liability

QuickMenu is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any business losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for transactions or disputes between merchants and their customers.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
