The "Too Long; Didn't Read" Version
Short version: You get a 7-day window for a full refund on your QuickMenu subscription. We don't handle refunds for the items you sell to your own customers—those are between you and them.
This Refund Policy governs the refunds of subscription fees and transaction fees for QuickMenu, a SaaS platform for managing orders.
1. Subscription Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with QuickMenu. If you are not satisfied with our subscription plan, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
After the 7-day period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
2. Third-Party Sales Disclaimer
Important: QuickMenu is a platform that facilitates orders between merchants and their customers. We are not responsible for refunds, disputes, or quality issues related to products or services sold by merchants using our platform.
All refund requests from customers must be handled directly with the merchant from whom the purchase was made. Merchants are responsible for establishing their own refund policies for their customers.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your QuickMenu subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your account and features until the end of your current billing cycle.
